The artwork “FLIP- Accompanying the Moon” is based on an iron wind-driven installation coated with luminescent paint. It is conceived by the historical journey from the Bajhang River Waterway (八掌溪水路), to Qiaonan Old Street (橋南老街), to Yanshui Bajiao Building (鹽水八角樓)， then to Yuejin Harbour (月津港). The wind has traced through the historical context, and the gentle breeze has caressed the century-old prosperity of Yuejin Harbour. The artwork rotates slowly, accompanied by the moon, the riverbank at night, and the wind site, responding to Yuejin’s history and ripples under the moon. In the timeline of transience, it veers, swings, and ceaselessly keeps on turning around.
