「休士頓，這裡是靜海基地，『鷹』已降落」這是1969年7月20號，阿波羅11號太空人阿姆斯壯駕駛鷹號成功登入月球時，與控制中心的第一句話。靜海基地是人類探索月球的一大步，如同過往的鹽水一帶，繁榮的水路為地區帶來的無限探索，在取月為名的南部第一大港，儘管已不復曾經的風華樣貌，仍然無法抹去歷史留下來的印證，如同穿越歷史的太空船，回望歷史，尋找與發現鹽水的新樣貌。
Houston, this is Tranquility Base. The Eagle has landed.
This was the first message from astronaut Neil Armstrong to mission control on July 20, 1969, when the Apollo 11 Lunar Module, Eagle, successfully touched down on the Moon.
Tranquility Base marked a significant milestone in humanity's exploration of the Moon. Much like the historical region of Yanshuei, which was once a thriving waterway that opened up endless exploration, this major southern port for lunar missions, despite no longer reflecting its former glory, still bears the marks of history. It is like a spaceship traversing time, looking back to discover and redefine the new face of Yanshuei.
